What happened
Hurricane Isaias made landfall on the Florida Panhandle and killed at least four people, officials said, and left about 670,000 homes and businesses without power at its peak. Nearly 396,000 customers in the Florida Panhandle and southern Alabama were still without power on Sunday, 11 October, as the remains of the storm moved north, bringing heavy rain and a risk of flash flooding to the central Appalachians and the mid-Atlantic.
Communities along the Gulf Coast are facing flooding and long power cuts after the storm.
