What happened
A drone strike in Sudan’s Blue Nile state killed 41 displaced people near the border with Ethiopia, a Sudanese rights group said on Saturday, 10 October, blaming the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. The toll has not been independently verified. The war between Sudan’s army and the RSF has driven millions from their homes and caused one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises.
People who had already fled their homes were killed in the place where they had sought safety.
